Vittoria Suites exceeded my expectations in many areas. The setup around the hotel creates a calm atmosphere, thanks to the well-maintained lawns and flower beds. My room was not only large and clean but also had a comfy bed, good air conditioning, and excellent WiFi. The restaurant served some of the best fish & ugali I've ever had, along with a timely breakfast setup. Unfortunately, there were a few hiccups. The water pressure was low at times, particularly in the morning, making it difficult to have a refreshing shower. I also faced issues with billing at the front desk. a small charge was incorrectly applied, which could have been avoided with better communication from staff. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay, these areas could benefit from improvement, particularly regarding the water pressure and staff clarity on charges.

Toiletries were lacking as too many guests had to wait for just one hairdryer!!! The air conditioning felt inadequate since it turned off too often, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable at night!!! Luggage handling needed attention!!!

Stayed here with some buddies for a weekend and we felt right at home, especially with the lush gardens and sweet vibes around the place. The room was pretty spacious, comfy bed gave us solid sleep, and the local fish & ugali for dinner was absolutely killer!
